1 (14.5 ounce) can salmon, drained and flaked
1 eggs
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c chopped green pepper
1/2 cup Italian seasoned dry bread crumbs
1 T. lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon rosemary
1 pinch red pepper flakes or 1/8 t. black pepper
cornmeal

In a medium bowl, mix together the salmon, eggs, rosemary, onion, green peppers, breadcrumbs, lemon juice, and pepper. Form into 4-5 firmly packed patties, about 1/2 inch thick. Roll in dry cornmeal to lightly coat.

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. When the oil is hot, add the patties, and cook for 4 minutes per side, or until nicely browned.
