3/4 of a large container of whole milk ricotta cheese
1/2 lb. Bucatini ( hollow spaghetti) uncooked.
6 eggs
3/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup pine nuts
1/2 cup raisins

Directions:
Directions:
Break Bucatini into thirds by hand and place in boiling pot of water; cook
about 5 minutes so it's Al dente, let cool. Beat eggs, sugar & ricotta together; add remainder of ingredients

Pour into square pan and Bake at 400º 30 - 45 minutes until light brown
