2 cups flour
2 cups oatmeal
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 T baking soda
1 cup butter
1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk (i.e Eagle Brand)
1/2 cup lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350, spray to cover 9" x 13" pan with nonstick baking spray, then flour entire pan to coat.

2. In large bowl, combine flour, oatmeal, brown sugar, granulated sugar, and baking soda and mix until combined. Add melted butter; stir until even crumbs form. Press 1/2 of the crumb mixture into prepared pan. (Press firmly on this lower layer, no openings in crust).

3. In small bowl, combine condensed milk with lemon juice, mix well with whisk until smooth.

4. Evenly pour mixture over crust in pan.

5. Top with remaining crumbs.

6. Bake for 20-30 minutes or until crust is golden brown and set aside.

7. Cool completely, then cut into squares to serve.

8. Makes 36 cookie bars depending on their size
