1 cup chopped pecans
1/2 cup all purpose flour
1 cup brown sugar
2/3 cup melted butter
2 eggs

Preheat oven to 350º. In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well. Spray a miniature muffin tin with non-stick spray. Flour as well. Fill each 3/4 full (not to the top). Bake for 18 minutes. Let them cool for about a minute- not too long or they will be hard to get out.
