1 package fluffy white frosting
1/3 cup light corn syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup boiling water
1 package (16 oz) confectioner's sugar
1 cup chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
1. In small mixer bowl, combine frosting mix (dry), corn syrup, vanilla, and boiling water. Beat on highest speed until stiff peaks form, about 5 minutes.
2. Transfer to large bowl; on low speed, gradually blend in sugar. Stir in nuts.
3. Drop mixture by teaspoonfuls onto waxed paper. When outside of candy feels firm, turn over and dry at least 12 hours. Store in airtight container.

Peppy Mints-Substitute 1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract for vanilla. Add 1 cup crushed peppermint candy instead of nuts. Can add food coloring.

Spanish Crunch-Substitute dark corn syrup for light, salted Spanish peanuts.

Candied Cherry-Substitute 1 teaspoon almond extract for vanilla. Add 1 cup candied cherries. Can add food coloring.
