1 cup Coke
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 c. butter, softened
1 3/4 c. sugar
2 large eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1/4 c. cocoa
1 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 c. mini marshmallows
Directions:
Directions:
Combine Coke and buttermilk; set aside. Beat butter until creamy. Add sugar; beat until blended. Add eggs and vanilla; beat until blended. Combine flour, cocoa, and soda. Add to butter mixture alternately with cola mixture; begin and end with flour mixture. Beat at low speed until blended. Stir in marshmallows. Pour batter into a greased and floured 13x9 pan. Bake at 350º for 30-35 minutes; cook 10 minutes.

Pour Coca Cola Frosting over warm cake.

Frosting:
1/2 c. butter
1/3 c. Coke
3 T. cocoa
1 lb. pkg. powdered sugar
1 T. vanilla

Bring first 3 ingredients to a boil in a large sauce pan over medium heat; stirring until butter melts. Remove from heat; whisk in sugar and vanilla.
