1 cooked chicken shedded
2 c. chicken broth
1 can evaporated milk
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 large container sour cream
1 can salsa or ro-tel peppers
6 or 8 roasted green chilies chopped
tortilla chips
grated cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion until transparent; add chicken broth, green chilies, milk and soup salt and pepper to taste. Add chicken, cook for 15 minutes over medium heat season chicken as you would for tacos. Remove from stove and add sour cream. Place chips in a large dish and pour chicken mixture over chips. Top with cheddar cheese and chopped green onions. This recipe can be layered in a casserole dish as well
