1 good size fryer(2-1/2 to 3 lbs.), boiled until tender and cut into bite size pieces
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped pecans
2 T. minced onion
2 T. lemon juice
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. mayonaise

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients and place in a greased 1-1/4 qt. casserole. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Top with crushed Ritz Crackers, mixed with 1/4 c. melted margarine. Place on top and bake for 5 to 10 minutes.
