2 cups all purpose flour
1 & 1/2 cups sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 eggs, beaten
1 (20 oz) can crushed pineapple
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup pecans, chopped
Directions:
Directions:
1. Combine the first 4 ingredients in a large bowl. Mix well.
2. Stir in eggs and pineapple. Mix well.
3. Pour into greased 9 inch X 12 inch baking pan.
4. In a medium bowl, combine brown sugar and nuts. Mix well.
5. Sprinkle mixture evenly on top.
6. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 40 minutes.
