2 1/2 tsp. olive oil
1 lg. onion chopped
2 tsp. dried thyme
1 tsp celery seed
3 (14 1/2 oz) cans low-sodium chicken broth
4(15 1/2 oz) cans black beans (rinsed and drained)
1 (14 1/2 oz.) cans diced tomatoes, seasoned with basil, garlic or oregano
14 oz. low fat polish kielbasa, thinly sliced
1/2 chipotle chilli, canned in adobo, drained and minced
salt and pepper
Chopped garlic to taste

Directions:
Heat oil in a soup pot over medium heat. Add onion, celery seed, and thyme; saute 7 minutes or until onion is soft. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute. Add broth and scrape up and brown bits that stuck to bottom of the pot. Stir in beans, diced tomatoes, kielbasa and chipotle; bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and summer soup for 20 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
