1/4 c. butter
1- 7 oz. pkg. flaked coconut
1 c. chopped pecans
1- 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1- 14 oz. Eagle brand milk
1- 8 oz. Cool Whip (thawed)
2 graham cracker crusts
1- 12 oz. caramel topping

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in large skillet, add coconut and pecans. Cook until golden brown. Set aside. Combine cream cheese, Eagle brand milk, beat until smooth, then fold in Cool Whip. Lay 1/4th cream cheese mixture in each shell, top with coconut pecan mixture, drizzle caramel over that then top with rest of cream cheese mixture and top with coconut pecan mixture and top with caramel topping. Cover and freeze till firm.
