1 lg. can crushed pineapple, drained
1 lg. pkg. miniature marshmallows
2 sm pkgs. cream cheese, softened
1/2 pt. whipping cream
Directions:
Directions:
Combine drained pineapple juice with cream cheese until blended and soft. Add drained pineapple and marshmallows; let set overnight. Next day, whip the whipping cream and fold in gently. Chill. Maraschino cherries, nuts and mandarin oranges may be added This makes it go further and adds to the appearance and taste.
