CAKE:
1 cup water
2 sticks butter or margarine
4 rounded tablespoons cocoa
2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
2 eggs
1 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt

ICING:
1 stick butter or margarine
4 heaping tablespoons cocoa
6 tablespoons milk
1 box powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup nuts

CAKE:
In a small saucepan, bring to a boil water, butter/margarine and cocoa. Set aside. In a mixing bowl, blend together flour, sugar, eggs, sour cream, baking soda and salt. Add chocolate mixture and blend well. Pour into 9 X 13 inch pan and bake at 350º about 30 to 40 minutes.

ICING:
In small saucepan, bring the butter/margarine, cocoa and milk to a boil. (Mixture will be thick.) Pour into a mixing bowl with the powdered sugar. Mix. Add the vanilla. Mix. Stir in nuts and pour icing onto hot cake.
