3 c. flour
2 1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
3 tsp. baking powder
4 eggs
1 c. oil
1/3 orange juice
2/12 tsp. vanilla
6-7 apples
2 tsp. Cinnamon
4 T. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Grease and flour a bundt or angel cake pan. Preheat oven to 350º. Grate or finely chop the apples. Mix with cinnamon and sugar.

Mix all ingredients in a large bowl with electric mixer until blended. Pour about 1/3 of batter into the pan. Arrange layer of the apple mixture in a ring around the middle of the pan. Top with 1/3 of batter. Repeat the process. Place pan in oven. Bake for 1-1/2 to 1-3/4 hours.
