1C. Flour
½ C. Chopped pecans
½ C. Oleo
Butterscotch (Optional)
No Nuts in crust
2 boxes Butterscotch pudding
3 cups cool whip
2 pkgs chocolate pudding
toasted coconut

Directions:

Mix together:

1C. Flour
½ C. Chopped pecans
½ C. Oleo

Press into 7 ½ x 11 3/4 pan. Bake at 350o for 15 minutes. Cool. Cream together 1 C. powder sugar and 1-8 oz. cream cheese. Fold in 1 C. Cool Whip (from large container, the rest is used later). Spread creamed mixture on cooked crust. Cook 2 pkgs (3oz.) chocolate pudding using only 3 C. milk. Cook until thick. Cool and spread on other mixture. Spread remaining Cool Whip. Scatter toasted coconut on top. Cut into small squares.

Butterscotch (Optional)
No Nuts in crust
2 boxes Butterscotch pudding
Sprinkle with nuts
