1 cup of raisins

1/4 cup butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 cup corn syrup
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla

Tart shells

Directions:
Directions:
Put the raisins in hot water and let stand till plumped. Drain well and put in prepared tart shells.

Cream the butter and sugar, then add the corn syrup and beaten eggs. Add the salt and vanilla.

Pour the mixture over the raisins in the tart shells, filling 2/3 full.

Bake at 350ºF for 15 to 18 minutes.
