3/4 cup dry plain couscous
1 cup chicken broth
1 tbsp unsalted butter
1/4 cup sliced almonds, toasted
2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
1 tbsp orange zest, chopped
1/2 tsp kosher salt


Directions:
Directions:
Prepare couscous as per instructions on box, using chicken broth and butter instead of water. Fluff with a fork.

Stir in almonds and seasonings.

You can omit the cilantro. Some people may find the taste too strong.
