1 lb fettuccine noodles
1/2 cup butter
2/3 cup heavy cream
1/4 tsp salt
dash pepper
1 cup grated Parmesan Cheese
2/4 cup chopped parsley

Directions:
Directions:
In large kettle, cook fettuccine according to directions in salted water. While fettuccine is boiling, make Alfredo sauce.

Heat butter and cream in medium saucepan until butter is melted. Remove from heat. Add 3/4 cup Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper. Stir until sauce is well blended and smooth. Drain fettuccine, place in serving bowl, add sauce and toss until well coated. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and chopped parsley. Serve at once.
