1 2 1/2 lb. chicken
1/3 cup olive oil
1 1/2 tsp onion powder
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp oregano
1/4 tsp basil
1/4 tsp black pepper
3/4 cup Italian style bread crumbs (made from French bread)

Directions:
Directions:
Cut chicken into serving pieces and place in a snug fitting bowl. Combine olive oil, onion powder, salt, garlic powder, oregano, basil and black pepper in a small bowl & mix well. Pour over chicken, turning each piece to coat well. Cover and refrigerate for 90 minutes, turning occasionally.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Pour crumbs into a plastic bag. Add chicken and coat with crumbs and place in an oiled shallow baking pan. Bake until crisp about 45 minutes. Serve hot or cold.
