Olive Oil 2 - 3 tbsps.
1 med. Onion
2 large Garlic Cloves minced
1 small bunch fresh Italian parsley chopped fine no stems
4 -5 leaves of fresh Basil
2 - 3 small strips of Sirloin beef
3 - 4 small Italian sausage
1 - 3 tsps. ea. of Salt, black pepper and garlic powder
2 - 3) Cans of Pastene Kitchen Ready Tomatoes
1/2 small. can of Tomato Paste (optional)

Meatball Ingredients:
2 - 3 lbs. of Hamburg 80 - 85% lean
2 large cloves garlic minced
2 tbsp. fresh Italian parsley chopped fine
1/2 - 3/4 cups grated Romano cheese
3/4 cups Italian flavored bread crumbs
3 large eggs
2 - 3 tsps.Salt / black pepper / garlic powder

Directions:
Directions:
Coat bottom of large pot with olive oil and add meat; Season with salt, pepper & garlic powder. Brown on both sides. Add Onions, minced garlic & parsley to pan and saute for 2 minutes. Add tomatoes and stir. Add water 3/4 full to each tomato can, rinse and pour into sauce. Add salt to taste. Remove meat from sauce and put aside. Cover and let come to slow gentle boil while preparing meatballs.

Meatballs:
Place Hamburg in large bowl and season, add cheese, bread crumbs and eggs. Mix well with hands. Roll into balls and drop gently into boiling sauce. Meat can be re-added at this point if enough room in pot. Add fresh basil , cover and simmer on low for 1/12 to 2 hours periodically stirring so it doesn't stick on bottom of pan.
