2 cans of kidney beans, drained and rinsed
2 cans of pinto beans, drained and rinsed
2 cans of corn (don't drain)
2-15 oz. cans diced tomatoes
1 can tomatoes and chiles
1 packet taco seasoning
1 packet ranch dressing mix
1 lb browned ground turkey or hamburger
Shredded cheese and sour cream for embellishment
1 package of tortilla chips or bake corn tortillas

Brown meat (with onions if desired). Put all ingredients (except cheese, sour cream, and chips) into crockpot and cook on low for 6-8 hours. When serving, top with cheese, sour cream, and chips. *I do as freezer meal. Divide all ingredients into 2 gallon size freezer bags and put in freezer. Cook as stated above. 1 bag is enough for family of 4.
