1 9" (partially baked) crust
3 eggs
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 Tbsp flour
1 cup milk
1/2 cup melted butter or marg
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp vinegar
1 1/2 cups coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs & sugar. Add flour, milk, butter, vanilla & vinegar. Mix well. Stir in coconut & pour into pie crust. Bake at 350 degrees until top is golden & filling in center is set, about 45-55 minutes. Set pie on cookie sheet for drips

Easy and delicious. I like to make this pie and a Chocolate Cheesecake for Easter and have a half piece of each. Chocolate and Coconut!!
