Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 box Deluxe Yellow Cake Mix
3/4 cup oil
Grated rind of 1 orange
3/4 cup Apricot Nectar
2 tbsp. Lemon Extract (Optional)
5 eggs
Juice from 1 orange
Juice from 1 lemon
1/2 cup honey

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325º. In a large mixing bowl, combine cake mix, oil, orange rind, lemon extract, apricot nectar, and eggs one at a time. Beat well, about 10 minutes. Pour into 10 inch bundt pan that has been coated with non stick spray and bake in a 325º oven for 1 hour. While cake bakes, combine orange juice, lemon juice, and honey in a small saucepan. Heat until honey thins and blends with the citrus juices. Remove cake from oven and punch deep holes with a cake tester. Pour honey mixture slowly over the cake. Cool cake on rack completely. Do not remove cake from the pan until cold. Then invert, shake hard once, so the cake drops onto a serving plate.
