1/2 cup butter
1 cup chocolate chips, more if wanted
2 cups sifted powdered sugar
large can evaporated milk
1 tsp. vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter and chocolate chips, either or stove or mircowave, being careful not to scorch. Add milk, beat with a wire whisk. Add powdered sugar and blend well. Heat until boiling. Cook 2 to 3 minutes longer, stirring.
