Ingredients:  
1 lb. Ground round/sirloin
Two slices of onion (diced)
One egg
Minced garlic (to taste)
Pepper
3/4 cup of Italian bread crumbs
1/4 cup of Grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Spray pyrex cooking dish with non-stick spray
Mix meat, egg, grated cheese, diced onion, minced garlic and bread crumbs in large mixing bowl
Roll mixture into small meatballs (golf ball size)
Place meatballs in dish
Cover cooking dish and place in oven for one hour

Serve with tomato sauce and pasta of your choice
