10 oz. Lean Ground Turkey Breast
1 medium onion diced
2 (28oz) cans diced tomatoes
2 medium zucchini chopped/ diced
2 medium yellow squash diced
1/2 chopped green bell pepper
1/2 chopped red bell pepper
1 can black beans
1 can red kidney beans
1 can cannelloni beans (optional)
1/2 can fat free beef broth
4 celery sticks diced
1 ( 1 1/4 oz.) package dry chili seasoning mix

Directions:

Spray large pot with non stick spray OR use small amount of olive oil.
Saute turkey and onion until browned. Add rest of ingredients.
Bring to simmer over medium heat. Simmer for 30 minutes
