2 TBSP butter
1 (1 lb.) can small whole carrots
2 TBSP brown sugar
dash of nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in medium saucepan. Add carrots. Sprinkle with brown sugar and nutmeg. Cover, cook slowly for 10 mins. Uncover, continue to cook for 5 mins., stirring several times until carrots are glazed.
