½ C. Oleo/Butter
1 C. Sugar
2 Eggs
1 t. Vanilla
2 C. Flour
1 t. Baking soda
1 t. Baking powder
½ t. Salt
1 C. Dairy sour cream
2 C. Chopped apples

Topping:

1 C. Brown sugar
2 T. Oleo/Butter
1 t. Cinnamon
Directions:
Directions:
Grease 9x13 baking pan. Cream butter and sugar. Then mix eggs and beat well. Stir in vanilla, then flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt mixture. Alternate with sour cream. Fold in apples. Spread batter in pan. Mix topping and sprinkle over batter.
Bake mixture at 350º for 45-55 minutes.
