Sliced potatoes for a 9x13 dish
2 cups milk
2 cups ham
4 T butter
salt, pepper, onion powder
flour thickening

Directions:
Directions:
Slice potatoes into 9x13 dish and fill dish about 2/3 the way. (Need room for milk and thickening) Add milk, ham and seasoning. For flour thickening, roughly 2 cups water for 1/2 cup flour, mix well, mix should be a bit thick, add more flour if necessary. try to get lumps out. Pour into dish and lightly stir. Place butter in little pats around the dish.
Cook 350º 1 hour.
Check occasionally, can add milk if too dry and make sure potatoes are soft before serving.
