2 c. warm milk
2 pkg. dry yeast
7 c. all purpose flour
4 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp salt
3 tbsp melted butter
1/3 c. Wesson oil
2 beaten eggs
1 c. mashed potatoes (you can use instant)

Directions:
Directions:
Measure 2 c. warm milk 1/2 c. warm water into a bowl. Sprinkle in 2 pkg. dry yeast, add 2 c. all purpose flour and 2 tbsp. sugar. Beat with electric mixer, cover with saran wrap and let rise in a pan of warm water for 30 minutes. Add 2 tbsp. sugar and 1 tbsp. salt, 2 tbsp. melted butter and 1/3 c. Wesson oil and 2 beaten eggs, 1 c. mashed potatoes, add 5 c. flour. Knead for 10 minutes. Grease a large bowl and place a pan of warm water in bottom of oven and warm oven to 200º. Cover with saran wrap and let dough rise for 2 hours, make into balls and place in a greased 13X9 pan in 200º let double in size then bake at 375º for 30 minutes.
