Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
This recipe came from Sweden and is well over 140 years old. Bud's grandparents were from Gottesberg. It is a family favorite, and goes well as a main dish or accompaniment to ham. Our family likes the top golden brown. The bottom getting dark is another thing they rush to get onto their plate.
