3 eggs well beaten
1 cup sugar
1 TBSP cocoa
1 tsp vanilla
4 TBSP strong coffee boiled
1 cup VERY soft crisco
Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg until light, add sugar and beat again.
Add cocoa, vanilla, and hot coffee. Beat again.
Add crisco and beat in.

Cover the bottom of the pan with whole graham wafers then add 1/3 of the batter then layer of wafers then batter until you have 3 layers.

cover with crushed wafers
put in the fridge to cool.
