1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
1/4 c. water
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. pecan halves
Directions:
Directions:
Boil sugar, cream of tartar and water until firm. Add vanill, then stir in pecans and stir until coated. pour on a foil lined cookie sheet and separate.
