1 1/4 C. apple cider vinegar
1 C. ketchup
1/4 C. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 C. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. unsalted butter
2 Tbsp. taco seasoning
1 1/2 tsp. cumin, optional

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a sauce pan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes. Allow to cool and serve at room temperature. Makes 2 1/2 cups.

Paul had this recipe for years, and is from Rao's in East Harlem, New York. How he acquired this recipe we will never know, but it does make a tasty sauce!
