1 lb spaghetti noodle
2 cups ham
1 cup milk
2 cups heavy whipping cream
1 1/2 cups grated Parmesan cheese
1 stick of butter
2 eggs


Directions:
Directions:
Cook spaghetti as directed on package. Drain and set aside. On low heat melt butter, add ham, brown. Add milk, and pepper Stir, keep a close eye on it because it will burn .Let it simmer for about 5 minutes and then add a little warm milk in a small bowl, whisk in eggs, Pour mix into skillet , whisking briskly. Add Parmesan cheese. It should thicken up, if not add more Parmesan cheese. According to your taste you might need more salt. Take off heat and add your spaghetti, mix well.
