2 tbsp. honey

8 (8-inch) skewers
4 cups favorite fresh fruit, cut into 1-inch pieces (apples, strawberries, mandarin oranges, grapes, pears, pineapple, etc.)
4 ounces cheddar cheese, cubed
4 ounces swiss cheese, cubed

1. Combine yogurt and honey in small bowl. Cover; refrigerate at least 30 minutes.
2. Meanwhile, assemble dippers by alternating fruit pieces and cheese cubes on skewers. Serve with dip

I just use vanilla yogurt which tastes great and it's simpler. I use strawberries and grapes with the cheese and it's always a big hit. If you use apples or pears you'll want to dip them in lemon juice so they won't get brown.
