3 eggs, separated
1 (14oz) can condensed milk
1/2 c. lemon juice
1 tsp. grated lemon rind
1 graham cracker pie crust
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
1/3 c. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a medium bowl, beat egg yolks, stir in condensed milk, lemon juice and rind. Pour into pie crust. In a small bowl, beat egg whites and cream of tartar until foamy; gradually add sugar, beating until stiff but not dry.
Spread meringue on top of pie, sealing carefully to edge of crust. Bake 15 minutes or until meringue is golden brown. Cool. Chill before serving and refrigerate leftovers.
