1/3 cup Dijon mustard
2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
1/4 cup olive oil or salad oil
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. thyme
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
In a small bowl, combine mustard and vinegar. Beating constantly with a wire whisk, add oil, a few drops at a time. Then beat in garlic and thyme, Worcestershire sauce and pepper. Pour over ribs in shallow pan. Let stand about 2 hours. Lift ribs from marinade and grill 4-6 inches above hot coals for 20-25 minutes.
