About 3# pound Chicken strip , mix vegetables preference for stir fried, and 2# yatia ,2#pounds potatoes 2 #pounds yuca, 6 green bananas, 2 platanos maduros, 6oz coditos, ( 6oz elbow pasta) 1 tbsp sofrito verde goya ,1 package of sazon con achiote goya ,and one tsp adobo also 1 can of dice tomatoes . 1 medium size white onion (red onion if you like for the mangu) 1 tsp vinegar. 2 tsp of Garlic mince.

In a soup pot Surtees onion , peper, and celary, carrots., , with little 1 tsp of butter , for like 3 minutes not translucent a little artente, and add chicken dice, let that cook for 10 minute, then add large dice yautia, patatoes, and yuca,dice tomatoes, and add the sofrito, the sazon, adobo and yellow plantains. (Platanos maduros cut in a bias or like this ... / ) ok in another deep cooking pan add water and cook the half 1 pound of patatoes ,1 #yatia , 2 green banana, 1#and yuca ,to boil and let that cook until tender, and mash, then add onion dice, and a little olive oil and tsp vinegar together pinch of salt to (to taste)

Make sure you serve it with the mangu in the meddle just like my picture or just the way you like ,, you could also make a deep hole in the mash and put soup in the middle ,
