2/3 cup evaporated milk
3 cups white sugar
1 sticks butter
12 oz. pkg. semi sweet chocolate chips
1 jar marshmallow cream
2 cups nuts or more if desired

Directions:
Melt butter in a large pan.
Add sugar and milk. Bring to a boil, after it reaches a rolling boil, continue boiling over medium heat til candy thermomenter reaches medium soft ball stage (238º) boil 5more minutes. Remove from heat and add chocolate chips til melted. Add marshmallow cream , stir til melted Add nuts. Pour into a buttered 9x13 pan. Cut into squares.

you can substitute 1 1/2 cups peanut butter in place of chocolate chips
