1 lb. cooked boneless chicken breasts or 2 cans chicken breast
2 cans Cream of Chicken soup
1 pkg elbow noodles, cooked and drained
2 cups milk
1 lb mozzarella or cheddar cheese, grated
2 cups crushed lays potato chips

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°F
Cook chicken breasts with water and bouillon cubes, if desired, until chicken is tender enough to shred with a fork, not necessary if using canned chicken.
Mix soup and milk.
Boil water for noodles per package instructions.
When noodles are done, drain. Add noodles, cheese, and soup mixture to chicken. Mix well until blended.

Cover and cook for 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Last 5 minutes of cooking cover entire dish with crushed up lays potatoes chips
