4 tazas de cerezas, deshuesadas, en rodajas
1/2 taza agua
1/3 taza azúcar granulada
2 Cucharadas de jugo de limón, fresco

Directions:
1. en una cacerola pequeña, combine el azúcar y el agua; poner a hervir y cocinar hasta que el azúcar se disuelva, cerca de 1-2 minutos. Deje que se enfríe.

2. Puré de cerezas en un procesador de alimentos o licuadora hasta que quede suave; colocar en un recipiente junto con el azúcar jarabe y jugo de limón. Vierta en un cuadrado de 8 pulgadas hornear.

3. Congelación hasta casi sólido, unas 2 horas. Sirva la mezcla en un procesador de alimentos o licuadora y batir hasta que la mezcla esté suave pero no derretida.

4. Colocar en platos y servir inmediatamente.
