4 taza maíz reventados
1/4 taza azúcar
1/2 taza de melaza

1. Mezcle las palomitas de maíz y cacahuetes juntos en un tazón grande o cacerola.

2. Cocer melaza y el azúcar juntos hasta que la mezcla alcance una tempurature de 235 grados F en un termómetro de caramelo. Si no tienes un termómetro, probar el jarabe dejando alguna gota de una cuchara en una taza de agua fría. El jarabe se hace cuando forma un thead como gotas en el agua.

3. Vierte la mezcla de jarabe caliente sobre la mezcla de nueces de las palomitas y mezcle de manera uniforme.

4. Enfriar y romper en trozos con una cuchara de madera. Almacenar en un recipiente hermético.
