1 1/2 c. flour
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium bowl, combine flour and sugar. Cut in butter until mixture resembles fine crumbs. Form the mixture into a ball; knead till smooth. Press dough into a 8" shortbread mold (or on a baking sheet, pat dough out to form a 8" circle. Using fingers, press to make a scalloped edge. With fork, prick dough deeply to make 8-16 pie-shaped wedges.) Bake in a 300º oven for 50-60 minutes or until done.
