4 eggs well beaten
1-3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. self-rising flour
2 c. milk
1 stick margarine melted
7 oz. can or 1/2 pkg. coconut
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients and pour into 2 pie plates. Bake 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.
