1 lb ground beef - preferably angus
1 egg beaten
2 tsp. basil - more if you like basil
garlic powder - to taste
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1/2 cup parmesan or romano cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients with your hands, add a little warm water (about 2 tbsp.) to make the meat feel soft and form into meatballs. Add them to your sauce and let them cook for approximately 1-2 hours in the sauce.
