3 boxes Dream Whip
1 #2 can crushed pineapple
1 cup white sugar
2 pkg. Knox gelatin
1 box coconut
juice of 1 lemon, or 1 tsp. real lemon
4 T. cold water
1 large angel food cake
Directions:
Directions:
Mix cold water with gelatin. Add 1 cup boiling water and crushed pineapple. Add sugar and lemon juice. Chill until partly jelled. Whip 2 boxes of Dream Whip and add to gelatin mix. Line large bowl with wax paper; pinch cake into small bits. Place in bowl a layer of gelatin mix and a layer of cake, etc. Chill overnight; turn out on plate. Whip another box of Dream Whip and ice cake. Cover with coconut if desired.
