4 pkgs. frozen chopped spinach
1 pint sour cream
1 pkg. dry Lipton onion soup
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup bread crumbs or Ritz crackers
4 T. margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Cook spinach according to pkg. Drain thoroughly (squeeze). Mix sour cream and onion soup. Add to spinach. Put in casserole dish. Melt butter. Combine with crumbs or crackers. Sprinkle cheese on top before last step. Bake 325º for 20 minutes.
