2 cups self-rising flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
4 T cold butter
4 T goat cheese
1 Cup buttermilk
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425º.

Place a 10" cast iron skilledt in oven while it preheats. Place flour, salt, baking powder into a meduim bowl. Cut in the butter and goat cheese. Make a well in the middle of bowl, pour buttermilk, slowly stir them together, add more milk if too thick.

Remove skillet from over, drop T butter, when melted, drop 1/4 cupfuls of batter into skillet ( ice cream scoop will help). Brush the tops of the biscuits with remaining butter. Bake 14-16 minutes until brown, remove and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
Serve warm
