1 stick butter or margarine
Cake:
1 cup sugar
1 cup flour
4 eggs
1 (13oz) can chocolate syrup

Icing:
1 stick butter or margarine
1 cup sugar
1/3 cup milk (Pet, small can)
1/2 cup chocolate bits
Directions:
Directions:
Beat cake ingredients all together. Bake at 375º in greased pan 13 x 9 x2 for 35 minutes.Remove and pour icing over the top.

Icing: Boil butter, sugar and milk together for 3 minutes. Add chocolate bits; stir until melted, then beat with mixer on high for 2-3 minutes. Pour over warm cake.
Let stand for 10 minutes and serve.
